Journal Fields That Keep Candle Reads Honest
Skill compounds when reviews are structured. Free-form diaries help, but fixed fields make patterns visible across weeks.
For each candidate, record: prior structure, pattern name, quality grade (A–C), confirmation decision, invalidation, and outcome. Add emotion only after the facts.
